Our mission is to support the growth and well-being of youth and families by promoting mental health, strengthening emotional resilience, and advancing career readiness. Through the L.I.N.K.S. framework- Lead, Inspire, Nurture, add Knowledge, and Support- the organization empowers individuals to develop positive mindsets, build healthy self- esteem, gain essential life and workforce skills, and pursue pathways toward economic stability and meaningful, productive lives.

Vision

The vision of Purpose Links is to create a future where youth and families are empowered to thrive by identifying individual needs, increasing awareness of barriers to success, and developing personalized purpose and growth plans. Through the L.I.N.K.S. approach, the organization strives to connect individuals with the resources, guidance, and support necessary to strengthen well-being, achieve life goals, and live meaningful, purpose-driven lives.

Founder

Nadirah Scott, MHA, MSW

Nadirah Scott is the Founder and CEO of Purpose Links Nonprofit, an organization dedicated to cultivating growth and purpose in the lives of youth and families. Born in Houston, Texas and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Nadirah brings more than 15 years of experience across the healthcare and community service sectors, holding dual master’s degrees in Health Administration and Social Work. Her professional background includes community outreach, case management, utilization management, health insurance systems, and health advocacy. Through frontline service, she recognized that many individuals struggle to prioritize health and wellness when social, economic, and financial needs remain unmet. Guided by this insight and her faith-driven commitment to service, she founded Purpose Links to help individuals overcome barriers, strengthen their foundations, and pursue purpose-centered, thriving lives.
